Dr. Manu Bhagavan, Professor of History at Hunter College, as he talks about the authoritarian trends that some have seen building under current Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the world's largest democracy. He will also discuss how these trends in India may fit in to growing global trends towards nationalism, illiberalism, and authoritarianism, and his talk will be followed by a Q&A.
