We’ve seen throughout his presidency that Trump constantly changes
his mind, struggling to make the right decision despite advice from
experts. From calling the coronavirus "totally under control" to a
"national emergency" to saying the nation could be "opened up and
just raring to go by Easter," it's clear his decision-making
skills are undependable. But what happens if we're faced with
an even more catastrophic threat, one that requires the president
